Elizabeth Paluga, MD is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician and the founder of Enhanced Internal Medicine, a membership-based medical practice built on personalized, relationship-driven primary care. A Michigan native, she graduated from the University of Notre Dame, attended medical school at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine, and completed her residency training at the University of Michigan. Prior to founding Enhanced Internal Medicine, she worked on faculty at Northwestern Medicine in Chicago and Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor.
Away from her practice, Dr. Paluga enjoys an active life with her husband, Dan, and their three daughters. Now, returning back to suburban Detroit, she is proud to serve the community where her medical career began — offering thoughtful, connected healthcare that reflects the kind of care she would want for her own family.
